Charming little rooms, really good place overall!
Right place for exploring Porto. Efficient staff with very useful tips. Peaceful setting just next door to the historical part and many sights such as the Douro River and the shopping on both sides of the bridge, port tasting, wineries, another main shopping street and many local cafes.

the apartment was fairly clean and located just next door to the d luis bridge and porto and airport. affable stuff made our stay just perfect. liked the room, it was brand-new with 2 separate beds.
Unfortunately, no elevator.

We had a great stay at 12 Short Term. The apartment was lovely and clean, and the staff were very nice and accommodating. They even took our luggage early before we could check in. The location was perfect for us, as it was in the center and close to everything. Although there were some noise issues during the day, it was quiet from 12pm to 6am, allowing us to rest comfortably. We would definitely stay here again, but request a different room for a quieter experience. we had a enjoyable time and would recommend this hotel.

The staff was very kind and helpful, and the duplex we stayed in was spacious, clean, and quiet. The location was convenient with street parking and a nearby parking garage. We were able to walk to many of the city's main attractions, such as the Douro River, shopping areas, and local cafes. the accommodations were excellent and we highly recommend staying here in Porto.
